Cancellations: Once an order has been placed, we do not accept cancellations. Please carefully review your order before confirming the purchase.

Returns & Refunds

We only issue refunds for:

  • Wrong product delivery
  • Missing items
  • Expired products

Other than the aforementioned issues, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
